There should be no bottlenecking. You can probably run a 690 with a i5 3570k without bottlenecking. I can't think of a game that requires more processing power then a 3570 can provide.

  • CPU: Intel Core i3 3220

  • GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6570

Motherboard: Gigabyte B75M-D3H

RAM: 2x Kingston HyperX Blu 4GB

PSU: Thermaltake TR2 430watt

HDD: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1TB

There Should be no bottle necking but I think that psu is a little overkill unless you plan on Crossfiring in the future. I would also throw an SSD in there.

Only real "bottleneck" i see is your cooler. I mean its ok and technically not a bottleneck but compared to the parts youre getting spend the $40-100 to get a nice cooler like an aio liquid cooler.

I was planning to do a custom loop on my computer, but i decided not to. I was going to do it in the future and the cooler master 212 is just a temporary or now
