help with NCIX order

i dont think this is suppose to be here but i think NCIX forum is down, but i order a new psu yesterday at the order status it says that the order is "voided" i dont what know what that means and this is my first time buying from ncix

The ugly NCIX forum works for me, just give them a call when they open and see whats up.

That means they canceled the order, call them up and see why.
