How long does g2a usually take to give a refund?

Snickerzz

I was one of the victims of ubis latest stunt of deleting "fraudulent" keys and now ive been trying to get a refund from g2a. I opened a ticket and they got back within 20 minutes and said to screenshot the key not working which i did. It's been 4 days now and i haven't heard anything back... does it usually take this long?

Weeks, if not months. My friend still has no refund after 5 months.

It also takes them ages to reply half the time and it justs a very time consuming process.

It seems impossible until it's done.

It depends. As this is a large situation then i fear we may not see a refund for some time. I suppose it all depends on which name they pick out the hat.

But we will get one rest assured.

  • 4 months later...

Well it seems I'm not the only one waiting for refunds. Has anyone else been told by G2A that a refund on a debit card will take from 5 to 28 days? If you have then they're speaking a bunch of utter rubbish. The only refund that should take up to 28 days is on a credit card.
