Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma Lots of issues

I just got a razer kraken 7.1 today and it has SO many issues. First of all, as soon as I connect it, my computer immediately disconnects it. When it does work, there is a god awful crackling/hissing noise.My friends said while we are in skype my microphone sounds like tiny balls are hitting it.Sometimes the lights will be on but nothing else besides that works. I might try and get a refund or a new kraken 7.1 chroma, as this one might be broken.

Also. I have the Razer blackwidow ultimate chroma and it works flawlessly havent had a single issue with it

but seriously, get a refund and buy a nicer headset for the price lol.

I love my Razer products, Kraken Pros, Deathstalker and a Deathadder.

i used krakens, thought they were absolute trash but thats just me (and a lot of other people who owned and didnt like them)

quality control on them is trash, alot of them are fucked up drivers.

My Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma is pretty bad. It hurts my ears, can't control the quality and bass etc, overpriced and I wouldn't recommend it. I will not buy Razer headsets ever again! I have a Razer Taipan and a Razer Deathstalker which work just fine, maybe Razer Synapse is the problem. Just don't buy Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma please.

I have gotten the same issue now. Anyone found a fix ?

Also ive been using my Kraken 7.1 for years, my friends told me the mic sounds like im using a studio mic. The sound quality is amazing and the bass is deep and sounds good. So i have no complains about the headset. However when its plugged into usb 2.0 it sounds like there's flies in the headset so that's the only defect.
