How to make my usb drive into a removable device?

In my situation I cannot make any changes on my usb because it was set as NTSF-local disk so how do I change it back to a removable device?

I just plugged it my NTFS USB into my xbox and it changed it to Fat 32. I don't think it is to hard to manually do it though.

Try reformatting it to FAT32.
