Any graphics card under $100 isn't going to be great for it's value, it's going to perform very poor. The lowest i would go would be either a GTX 660 (non-ti) or a Radeon 7870, i know this is over your price range but anything lower than those two are going to be rubbish. I understand that you don't have enough money for them but i would really try to save up for a decent graphics rather than buy a rubbish card and upgrade later, it's going to cost more, but this is my opinion.
Actually, that's really not the case with ~$100 cards, it's actually around that price range where the price/performance ratio seems to be the highest.

Besides, such cards are actually still highly capable, it's not really necessary to spend so much on a graphics card these days. Yes, do max out modern games and such a high-end unit is needed, but from what I've seen cards like the HD7770 is fully capable of running most games on even medium settings.

Get a used card, or just save up more money?

Get 660TI or 550TI. Worth your money and great performance. Fits your build.

I got the MSI 660Ti for my build and it has been working great!!

I had the 550Ti in my old build and it was pretty good for only $100.

If you want to spend ~$200 a GTX 660 for 560 Ti would be good options.

Dont get a 550ti. Its old, its a power hog, its got poor performance and its just not great in general.

You either want an AMD 7xxx series or nvidia 6xx series. Id suggest either a 7770 or a 650
