Which mother board would you recommend?

I’m going for a build with the AMD FX-8320 what mother board would you recommend

These are the motherboards within my price range, is it worth going for the higher priced motherboards? What brand? And what does the R2 stand for?

as somone in your situation id get the gigabyte 970a-ud3p its got an 8+2 vrm which wont throttle even underclocking your cpu,

OR get the msi 970 gaming, pretty much the same but with a black and red theme, better audio and better crossfire and sli support.

black boards are great cus they go with any color scheme, as somone who had asus then tried gigbyte then tried msi they are all the same, seriously do you think a company is going to purposely cheap out knowing it could lead to bad products and a bad name (asrock, biostar....) these 3 are great and well renouned for a reason, some people have a bad experience but its the minority in all cases.

but yea gigabyte 970a-ud3p or msi970 gaming.

not bad for the price, +£10 for the benefit of (better)crossfire/sli, unless you include the msi 970 gaming which still has both and is £15 less
