Mainboard Asus P5NSLi is compatible with the videocard HIS Radeon HD 5850 ?

I have a problem with my pc.

PLEASE , help me.

I want your opinion.

Mainboard: Asus P5NSLI

I buy a videocard : HIS Radeon HD 5850

My power supply is a : PowerLine VP-530W

I connect the video card , and i turn on the pc.

The LCD is black.

What is the problem ?

I must change the power supply ?

The mainboard is not compatible with the videocard ?

Please help me , tell me youre opinion.

Is this power supply good to buy ?

The mainboard have a slot : PCI Express x16

The videocard have a slot : PCI Express V 2.0

Is this a problem ? There are not compatible ?

Stuff seems compatible... Only thing I can think of is maybe the graphics card pulls to much power... But normally a 500w should be enough for a single GPU.... What GPU did you have before? And did that have any problems? Did you install the new drivers correcly?

The GPU is GeForce 8500 GT.With GeForce 8500 GT , there was some problems.The pc , restarts sometimes.
