Cooler master evo 212 for a cpu cooler, you might want to go for an overclocking ready cpu as you may choose to overclock it in the future.

Why buy an aftermarket cpu cooler if you're not overclocking. Only reason I could think of is if it's quieter.

Yes that would be the reason to buy an aftermarket one

I've never understood why people but non K versions anyway. Aren't K versions on $20 more expensive for prolonged life?

I'm kind of a noob when it some to this stuff though.

This is what I put together for you. I upped your CPU to a Core i5-4670K, gave you a Cooler Master Hyper 212 CPU cooler, 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM, Windows 8.1 64-bit and a GTX 780 Graphics Card. I also changed your case to a 350D w/ side window. Its under budget at 1,199.86 Euros. You should have no trouble running any games.

why should i choose the core i5 4670k over the core i5 4570, and why should i choose the 350D instead of the 450D.

I already have my OS at home so i dont have to pay for them my school gave them for free

The 4670K is not only a better performing processor, but its also an unlocked CPU, which gives you the opportunity to overclock later if you so choose. I put the 350D case in the list to keep you within budget, but since you don't have to buy the OS, you can go with the 450D if you like.

can you reccomend some good and silent intake fans or are the fans that are included with the case good enough?

I'm not a total expert on fans & noise levels. Since I have a noise cancelling headset, fan noise doesn't bother me just as long as they keep the system cool.
