New Gaming PC/Workstation

Bankai Bard

Budget (including currency): $1300 USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Valorant, League of Legends, Call of Duty, Adobe Creative Cloud Products (Photoshop, Lightroom etc.).

Other details: This is my first upgrade in five years, my current pc is not able to keep up with what I need it for, so I am looking to upgrade. With all the new products coming out and my lack of knowledge in building pc's, I am looking for advice on a pc build containing the following:

1) RTX 3070 series graphics card

2) Zen 3 CPU, due to my budget most likely the Ryzen 5 5600x

3) MEG x570 unify motherboard

Those are the only specific things I am looking to put into my build, and given that, what else should I pair these parts with in order to minimize my budget?

I haven't finalized anything yet, and I am looking to wait until black Friday to try and get some better deals on parts. Thanks for the advice!
