I wouldn't buy a high end AMD CPU this close to the release of the next gen.

That case is absolutely horrible for airflow.

I will stay with ryzen 9 but what case will I get instead also will I run out of usb 2.0headers

Poor choice. You're literally a couple weeks away from something that could be substantially more powerful.
