Which will be disabled if I install an M.2 drive, SATA ports or a PCIe Slot?

I have an B450 AORUS ELITE (rev. 1.0).

I plan on getting a Kingston A2000 250GB M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD, but digging through my mobo's manual, it said that doing so may disable some SATA ports, which is unfortunate cause I have a lot of drives.

And it confuses me because I thought the Kingston A2000 is supposed to use the PCIe lanes.

How come an NVMe PCIe SSD disables SATA ports even though it clearly says in the name its PCIe?
What does Dual Mode mean? (refer to screenshot attached)
And lastly, what does " M2B_SOCKET connector supports up to PCIe x2 SSDs " mean? ( i have a hunch but i just want to make sure) (refer to screenshot again)

I still have a lot to learn. So please do enlighten me.
