If you can make me a parts list that is the same price $2009 CAD then il take that but this is the only computer I can find that's decent and works with a valve index

Almost any gaming pc will work with valve index. Its about how well it works, and thats where 3080:s extra performance over 2070s comes into play.

3080 is about 80% faster than 2070s so it indeed runs games better.
