Is this build good for 1080p60 Gaming/Streaming?

As the title suggests, I wanted to finalize these components in my next Pc build for 1080p60 gaming and streaming. I'd like to know if this is a good build from the limited parts available for me during covid.

Also is an Asus 1660 Super Single Fan okay if the Gigabyte 1660 Super Triple Fan isn't available for me?

WAAY overkill on the PSU. Look at the 550w version. 
 

Id look for a MX500 instead of the Samsung for storage.

I'm also planning to later upgrade to an RTX 3070 and 3700x and the only good psu's available to me here are the rmx 750 and txm 750, the lower wattage versions are out of stock, the other available ones are cx, cs, vs series or are out of stock.
