Prime lens for phone

Hi, I need some sort of lens that clips onto the phone, and acts as a MF prime lens. Basically want to focus on face and slight blur on background. Does anyone know of something

Could I just put a normal MF prime lens in front of the phone camera and 3D print a holder

So could I 3D print my own lens adaptor and stick a MF prime lens in even though phone has auto focus. Would it work

Autofocus will not work for sure. You should also place the phone is the intended focal plane as well so it’s not so easy.

Can't you just use portrait mode?
