PC doesn’t boot with AMD gpus

I have a asus z77 Sabertooth I7 3770 8gb of ram a 1000w psu and the latest bios update i have tested a GTX 980TI,GTX 780,GTX 680,GTX 660 2 different R9 Fury X and a RX 580 for some reason it just doesn’t work with the 3 amd cards
