My friend wants to build a new computer...

Budget (including currency): 2.5k-3k USD

Country: USA

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Star Wars: The Old Republic, 7 Days to Die, Black Desert Online, The Elder Scrolls: Online, The Elder Scrolls: Skyrim, also he will use it for work and other stuff to.

Other details: My friend wants to build a new computer for gaming/work, here's his current parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/Fc62vW He wants to be able to play multiple games at once, like have Star Wars: The Old Republic open while playing another game. Any suggestions?

Wait for new CPUs and GPUs, you’re friend will get a lot more value for that price then.
