Ryzen 7 2700x or the ryzen 5 3600

i want to stream and also record games 1080p 60 fps which cpu should i get ?

3600 is better in almost any case unless the workload is multi threaded, i would get a 3600, and if you have a turing card (1650 super and better), you can just use nvec which is just as good as x264 and has little to no performance hit. if you don't, the 3600 is still very capable to encode a stream.

3600. If you've got a Turing (except the 1650) or Navi GPU, just use NVENC/VCE for encoding.
