New Monitor for Xbox Series X

Hello,

 

I am looking to get a new monitor for the Xbox Series X. I have two monitors picked out and I need help into what one I should get. Also, I there are other ones I should look at please link them below. I also use the monitor for some light photo editing along with some video editing off my laptop. I appreciate the help as always! ❤️

 

Would love it to be 27 inches and at minimum 1440p with 144hz.
