Worthwhile to upgrade my U2713HM?

Currently running a Dell U2713HM and I'm having a tricky time finding something that is an upgrade, and makes my wallet happy as well.

 

I was looking at the Dell P2720D/U2719D ($450 taxes in) but it's basically the same monitor with smaller bezels. I can't help but feel that it's a sidegrade especially at 60Hz.

 

After that, the upgrade path seems to go to 34" 3440x1440 monitors which are a bit too expensive for me at the moment.

 

Interested in hearings any thoughts/recommendations etc. Maybe I should just hang on to it until it bites the dust?
