Make sure your ram is seated properly in their slots.

If that doesn't work, check to see if you have bad ram or bad slots.

The CPU may also cause issues like this if it's not seated properly.

In command prompt

Try running

Chkdsk /f/r

Then run sfc /scannow

When you have run commands listed by @narrdarr  you can try more commands and check the integrity of your Windows image.

In command prompt as administrator (run as administrator)

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

However I think the cause of this is with your memory and not your OS. Have you enabled XMP? Try turn it off if you have and see if things get better.

I'd still run the commands to make sure that the crashes didn't cause any other issues to the OS
