sounds like the PC dies while it's working. You probably have a dead component.

Specs? Symptoms of shutdown?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k (won) - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Kill Trident Z RGB - Force MP500 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - The venerated Hyper 212 Evo (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G2 650W - Black and green theme, Razer branwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

Linux Proliant ML150 G6:

Dual Xeon X5560 - 24GB ECC DDR3 - GTX 750 TI - old Seagate 1.5TB HDD - Dark moded Ubuntu (and Win7, cuz why not)

EVGA G3 threadSeasonic Focus threadUserbenchmark (Et al.) is trash explained, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Have you tried a different cable?

Have you tried the settings of the monitor to see if it is set to sleep after a period of time?

Have you checked all cables are in correctly?

Have you tried using something like Chrome Remote Desktop on a tablet or phone to see what the PC sees regarding the monitor at this time?

i5 8600 - RX580 - Fractal Nano S - 1080p 144Hz

try remoting in and looking at the display settings when the monitor goes off.

I would guess a problem with the age of the components. If the power supply or motherboard is defective, that would explain it.

Those tests mean nothing if the problem comes and goes.
