Microsoft ruined the Xbox?

Chaos Network

So I guess I haven’t had my Xbox one offline in awhile, but when did Microsoft ruin it? I remember back when I first got mine in 2014, I could play digitally owned games without being connected to the internet. Now I can’t even launch anything to play campaigns or anything and I’m just wondering when the fuck did this happen and how do I get around it?

sorry for cussing. I’m a bit pissed off right now. My dad just decided to block all my shit on our network because “a 19 y/o doesn’t need to be up all night gaming” when in fact I haven’t played a single fucking game today. I literally can’t launch anything on my Xbox or most modern games on my pc. Kinda tilted tbh.

Like if this is how Microsoft treats the Xbox, why do companies make those portable case monitor things for like in the car or something?

Set the console into offline mode, should fix your issues.

Assuming this is set as your home console.
