How would you upgrade this Rig?

So everything is working fine and I have no Problems with my PC, but i wanted to ask this Question, to get some of your opinions on upgrading.
I know, for a Major upgrade I would Need to Change the Motherboard, that's why I'm asking.

Would you make a whole new build or just Change the Motherboard and CPU ? And if so, which ones ?

 

 

Motherboard --> ASRock X99 Extreme 4

GPU --> RTX 2070 msi gaming z

Memory --> 32GB DDR4/2666MHz Quad Channel Memory(Kingston HyperX Fury ,G.Skill)

CPU-Cooler  --> Be Quiet Dark Rock 4

CPU --> INTEL® Core™ i7-5820K Six-Core 3.30 GHz

Case --> NZXT Source 530
PSU --> 700W be quiet! Pure Power L8 700W 80+ Bronze

I would upgrade absolutely nothing or everything with a 3900x+2080Ti to justify any upgrades.

I would get a better cpu, look into getting a 7700k, see if you can find it cheap, but you might be better off switching to ryzen and getting a 3600 and a tomahawk max mobo

The CPU is fine I'm running with a i7 950 it's old and runs fine so I see no problems with that if there is issues with the build like not posting or anything maybe just replace the mobo, CPU and ram

I would go with a CPU, Personally, a Ryzen 7 3700 and a good x570 motherboard.

How is a 4c/8t 7700K a better cpu than the 6c/12t 5820K he already has ? They are also on different platforms so it wouldn't work anyway.
