PC not booting with 2 sticks of RAM

hi,

I have an MSI Mortar Z390M with an i9 9900K.

I am using  2x 8GB sticks of Corsair Dominator Platinum RGB 3200mhz sticks, but for some reason, the PC only boots with one stick in. I tried taking them out and putting in a different stick of RAM, but same thing, it only works with one.

What could the problem be?

Thanks!

MY RIG

Do both sticks work on their own, in both of the slots? In that case it would probably be a motherboard issue, might be worth updating bios.
