i9 9900k RGB build

Hi I am looking to upgrade my current rig to a way nicer one. I will be keeping the GPU and PSU from my last build though. 

  My Current GPU is the gigabyte RTX 2070 and I have a Corsair RM 850 . Guys I want a full RGB pc rig (aesthetics matter a lot ). 

   So my budget is 1400 euros maximum. I would prefer to order everything off amazon.de 

 In this budget I need everything besides GPU and PSU. It has to be be 9900k build where little to no over clocking will be done . If I could choose a theme it would be a White- black one. Thanks in advance

A 9900k is overkill for a 2070. Get a 3700x or 9700k

Something like that, you can get the 9900K but then I'd recommend to OC.

The 9900K is literally an extra 51 Euros. It doesn't make sense to spend that much on a board/cooler for a locked cpu. For that cpu you could easily go with a cheaper board like the Z390 UD and a Scythe Mugen 5 etc.

It's ok mate it's a gift so the money doesn't matter
