PSU fan touching grill or time to replace

Was just talking how bad this GX650 W is and suddenly this...

I'll unplug the PSU,can this issue be resolved or I need new psu?

 

Please do not take offence for my apparent confusion or rudeness,it's not intent me to be like that,it's just my BPD,be nice to me,and I'll return twice better,be rude and usually I get easly pissed of...I'll try to help anyone here,as long as it's something I dealt with,and even if you think I'm rude or not polite,forgive me,  it's not me it's my BPD.

The only thing I could do for now,is,I did bent the fan grill and now is okay..

But hope the fan won't loose all the way and PSU get burned.

Do you guys suggest me new PSU?

Any link to how to replace the fan inside PSU?

I googled but couldn't find anything about it.

I have some CM case 120mm fan.
