my m.2 nvme isn't showing anywhere

Sorry for the late response turns out it was DOA

i installed my system yesterday everything is working fine except for the m.2 nvme (intel 660p 1TB) it's not showing in the bios and my drives and it didn't show when i was installing windows on my other drive

mobo : msi gaming plus max 

cpu : ryzen 5 3600 

gpu : gigabyte 2060 super

isnt the intel 660p a optane variant? thought these work on amd but not as boot devices? they can be used as storage drives far as i knew? if you had the pcie cards there super cheap iv installed m.2 drives in them for rigs that didnt have nvme or even m.2 slots on the board to use for storage,

do a bios update! friend of mine had same error on same board with same cpu.

CPU reseating ? Look for the bend pins... the M.2 on your mobo is directly hooked up to the CPU, so try reseating it.

You did the clear CMOS when updating the UEFI, so it shouldn't be a problem there

are you sure about this ? bc if the CPU has bend pins it wouldn't work at all right ?

there are PCI-e pins just for the M.2 slot, some pins are empty, some are ground, some are for RAM, if you bend those, or have bad contact, it will still work...

the problem is my m.2 wasn't showing up even before i plugged my other SATA device
