If you're focused on audio quality in-ear monitors from SHURE are pretty decent, although the mic on the set is a bit underwhelming. The SE215's can be had for 150$ US in the states with blue tooth 5.0 support. Not sure how available it would be for your region.

If you like earphones that don't use stupid silicone tips, get the AirPods 2. I got them for use on my laptop with Windows (yeah, literally) in living room where I didn't want my wire to hang from table to the couch as everyone kept walking through while I was watching movies. Let me just say I was so impressed by sound I bought Bluetooth 5.0 USB key to give my desktop PC Bluetooth capability and I now regularly use AirPods 2 for late evening gaming and music. I've really only used them once on my iPhone, Windows is where I use them the most.

They sound great, good details, just right bass, they sit in my ears perfectly, battery lasts for hours. Usually I game for like 4 hours in the evening and battery drops to around 40%. I could probably pull another 2-3 hours with that.

I got mine for 149€, regular case without wireless charging. I never thought I'd fall in love with them so much and now I understand why they are so popular. I still think I look super stupid with them in my ears, but I only use them at home where I can look stupid :)

Get the airpods 2. Sound quality isn't the best but it is probably the best for apple devices, but be warned it will dig the person deeper into the apple ecosystem.

I don't know why people keep saying this BS with "pulling you into Apple ecosystem". I almost exclusively use them on Windows systems. Hell, MusicBee even supports tap gestures, at least for basic things like pausing tracks or jumping to next one.
