GIGABYTE Case RGB not working!

Hi, anyone know how to activate GIGABYTE case RGB logo? connected all plugs. Gigabyte RGB fusion recognized the case but the case logos remains off? is it power issue?

If you did this, I don't know.

Did you turn the LED-Strip off and see if it is on?

I don't know if this applies for all GIGABYTE parts but at least for me, my gpu-lighting (aorus 5700xt) is really dim. so maybe it is in fact turned on and you just can't see it.
