No Signal - Entering power saving mode?!

Hi,

 

specs

i7 9700k

asus z390

asus strix 5700xt 

LG 34uc79 Ultrawide over display port. 

8x2 DDR4

PSU: SEASONIC FOUCS GOLD 650W

 

I get frequent display shut off with "no signal - Entering power saving mode", the PC seems to be still running with GPU fans spinning...etxc, but the screen is off. 

 

I tried:

High performance mode

multiple outputs from the video card

default settings in bios

no OC

ram test by windows

multiple games

multiple radeon drivers

updated the card bios! 

 

all temps are normal. 

 

what couls be the case?
