IIRC, the 3600 comes with a wraith stealth cooler and 2600x comes with a beefier wraith spire cooler.

The advertised 95w TDP is not always true.

The power draw at stock is pretty much similar for 3600 and 3600x. Even though 3600x has slightly higher base clock but it's also a higher binned chip.
