Opinion on the temps/performance

960m

8gb ram

30mins of team fortress 2

Cpu is undervolted -145mV, BD PROCHOT is disabled because the system is capped at 800mhz if its enabled

Anyone more clever about the hwmonitor stats? Thanks

Wondering why cpu nor gpu got more than 93% utilization

Probably because he ran TF2 and wich is not really demanding.

Not constant 60fps for gods sake i cant believe this laptop dips to 38-45 BUT KEEPS THE GPU UTILIZATION UNDER 70% WTF DELL

I think that the problem was that I undervolted it too much and kept it at battery saver. I undervolted the CPU to -148mV,  after degrading it to -140mV the CPU and GPU usage went back to 100%
