Stuck on version ios 9.3.5, Safari loading black pages

ringo

In your link it says it can't be updated past 9.3.5. So probably not.

If your Safari is loading blank pages have you checked time and date settings are correct?

Nothing other than a factory reset if I remember correctly.

Have you tried using a different browser to see if it's the same error?

It can't install other browser, it says it requries version ios 10 and above. It is my friend ipad, I am waiting him to deliver ipad cable so I can try itunes as last solution.

I'm afraid that with such an 'old' device the options available won't be many.

I'd try the reset if he's up for it. I've seen that fix some strange errors.

Apple ended support at iOS 9, you can't install iOS 10
