Kingston HyperX Pulsefire Surge Issue

Hello everyone.

 

I bought a brand new PulseFire Surge from Kingston two months ago. Claiming it has some sort of quality omron switches and blah blah blah. Two months later, my Left mouse button randomly stops holding down (i.e. when selecting an area in windows, when shooting.) So it is starting to get really annoying because ai cant play FPS games and take screenshots. I'm wondering is this a software or a hardware issue?

RMA? It must have a warranty, you only have it few months, warranty lasts quite a bit longer.

Try cleaning it also, I had similar problem with my mouse, ended up finding a lump of dust under the button.
