What are my options to use unused Expresscard 54 slot

I have a Lenovo L440 thinkpad that has an unused Expresscard 54 slot. What could be some cool options to use this slot for? I already have 4 USB ports (1 of them USB 3), so I am not looking for USB 3 adapter.
