Windows Hello on non-IR webcam

Hi all,

I was wondering if there was any way to get Windows Hello to work on a webcam that does not have an IR sensor. In my case it would be the Logitech C525. Probably have to modify some sort of windows file to say 'yes this camera is certified' or have to develop a image recognition software with the camera

If people haven't looked into it yet, where would I look to start learning?

I dont think so. WIndows hello works similarly to iphone face unlock from what I know. so without an IR sensor, there would be no way to make this work. There are other solutions to unlocking with face without windows hello, but those require thirdparty software solutions which arent always the most reliable or secure as real IR sensors.
