My main concern is that I don't understand what is going on... But all the luck to you!

Long story longer my kid got into a fight over a f#%ing burrito with her stepsister. The stepsister has the service in her name even though we paid every month she cut us all off. Want to take the service over and she could have access. But no she wants to have total control. I have to type this at home and send when I get to a WiFi spot. Xfinity/Comcast has local spots all over town but $60 for 1 device when our current was $70 for everyone and their phone so I was wondering if my main PC has the service, like stated in the picture use the gigabit LAN port to send to the nighthawk router to get everyone service. I have 3 or 4 nighthawk routers so I can bounce to the kitchen then upstairs.
