Remote accessing a Chromebook with windows 10?

Is it possible to remotely control a Chromebook with a windows 10 pc? I tried crome remote access but it seems that you can not control the Chromebook only the win 10 PC or i am doing it wrong.

I mean there is no reason to over complicate things, as long as you leave your chromebook running you could control it using anydesk, just make sure to put a password on it so you can log in remotely without any authorization needed from the other side.

It seem that the cromebook can control the pc but the pc cant control the cromebook.
