booting the pc with 2 oss

i have a hard drive with data and windows 7 and i have a SSD with windows 10

if ill connect the HDD to the PC and boot it to the SSD with the operating system interfere and mess each other up or will it be fine?

(of course ill set the booting priority to the SSD)

No, only one operating system will load. If you try to access files from the hard drive then it should act like any regular storage device.
