battlebox56

I have a gtx 1080, I have been shopping for monitors and I can't decide between a 1440p 144hz monitor or a 1080p 144hz monitor? Thoughts?

Pc Specs:

Ryzen 7 5800x- ROG STRIX X470-F  - G.Skill Trident Z RGB 16gb 3200mhz - Kraken X63 AIO - MSI VENTUS 3x OC RTX 3070 - EVGA 1000W GW - NZXT H500i

1440p 144Hz is becoming the new sweet spot pretty quick, and I can safely say it's quite a treat. You can't max out games with the 1080 at 1440p and get super high framerates, but you would have a very comfortable experience on medium.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Yeah I'll probably get the 1440p but I might run some games on 1080p for the high fps.

Extreme xseries I7 6850k 3.6@4.410 6/12/15mb

32GB DDR 4 PC 3000 @3152

2 1080GTX EVGA SUPERCLOCKED@2114/5506  not 1708/5005

RAID 0 2XSSD 480GB ON SATA6GB WITH 16GB Ram cache
