Which cpu should I get ?

I want a good cpu for gaming and casually streaming. I want to build a pc under $1000 so what would be a good cpu for streaming and gaming. I play a lot of open world games.

Or the Ryzen 5 3600 if the PC budget should be shifted slightly to accomodate more GPU or whatever, but choosing how to allocate the $1000 is up to you.  If you're just asking for the best CPU that isn't $400 to do that, the 3700x does the most good for the money.
