PSU Upgrade Options on Dell Optiplex 7010 DT

JasonY225

I have recently purchased a Dell Optiplex 7010 DT for $100. I want to upgrade the PSU inside of it. After some digging, I found out that the PSU looks similar to a TFX form factor PSU. I found a SilverStone one on Amazon (link).

Is it the right form factor? And are there better options than the SilverStone PSU?

Why you need to upgrade the PSU?

That silverstone is a TFX form factor, should be good. But only 300w.

ATX would be too big to fit.

I want to upgrade the graphics card, but I am not too sure if I should keep the stock 250w psu or upgrade to the 300w

So in the end, I am Ok with 250watts?

Hard to say, considering you have given us absolutely none of your specs.
