1920x1080 @ 144hz

Rainbow Six, CSGO, and a lot of multitasking

RX 5700 would be a good pairing. 1660ti if you are on the cheap. Also consider waiting because AMD and Nvidia have GPU's planned for later next month according to recent rumors. RX 5600 or 1660 Super (these are the rumored ones) would be perfect for you, considering the games you play won't need more than that.

I’d highly recommend an RX 5700 XT for pretty much anything

Or like @MeatFeastMan said, just wait a bit.

I got a ps5 and a pc pretty ballin
