No Input signal

Just started my computer, it turns on fans and LED's work but not getting a display.... I've changed GPU's, PCI port and monitor. But still no luck. 

 

I am not getting post beeps and my mouse and keyboard also don't light up.

 

Any ideas?

2016 it was brought. 

 

Super Micro X10DAi motherboard

64gb DDR4 RAM

2x  Xeons

GTX 1080

1600 W PSU

Update to my troubleshooting... I have tried resetting BIOS still no luck.

 

I am beginning to think it is the motherboard unless someone has another troubleshoot to try?
