Here's what you need to overclock 3rd-gen Ryzen

I've managed to manually OC my 3800x to all core 4.3Ghz at 1.30625v and it seems the most stable under extended load. Anything below that voltage and C20 benchmarks drop by 3-5% back to stock BPO scores. Temperatures at this speed are no different than BPO. At all times with AIDA64 stress test I won't break 78C. All other benchmark apps are about 72-76C max. I know, I know, Cooler Master M620P is not even a good air cooler!

My main concern is the idle vcore voltages. Is it safe to constantly run at 1.3v? I am reading that this can be resolved by setting an offset vcore voltage, but setting it at - (negative) only causes the system to fail at POST even when set on Auto.
