Gaming PC for 240Hz Monitor Build-Help

Hello, I would like to buy a new PC, which should reach stable 180-300 FPS on 1920x1080, because I want to buy a BenQ 2546.

I mainly play Rainbow Six: Siege, Escape from Tarkov, Battlefield V and soon the new COD.

I usually adjust the graphics settings so that the mindless settings are off. I am just a competitive player.

My budget is a maximum of 5000 euros.

I find the RTX cards pointless because I do not use the technique or is it still useful to buy the cards anyway?
Can you tell me if the 9900k is better than the 9900x? Cause many streamers got a x-cpu.

You prefer the Ryzen 9 instead of the 9900k? What you think about the heat of the ryzen?
Is the 2080 ti zotac not better than the ti from asus?
What you think about buying 3600 mhz Ram instead of 3200? Is there are difference?
750w is enough for these high end hardware? Many computer companys told me I should use 1000w. But Iam not sure if they just want to cash grab me.

If you are going to build a high-end system like the one above, spend the extra $30 on faster ram, which really benefits AMD. You can swap out the MOBO for a cheaper one too.

Don't hold up on the brand honestly. They are all marginally similar. It's all coming down to aesthetics and Tempature. The ones with 3 fans will be cooler than 2 or blower.

I'm an Intel guy myself and even I would do the 3900x over the 9900k.

Asus and Evga have the best aftermarket coolers on the market, Zotac is ok, but an Asus or Evga card would be better.

3600mhz would defintely benifit the 3900x more over the 3200mhz so  I would go for 3600mhz.

Yes a 750w PSU would be plenty for this system. Unless you're doing dual cards and heavy overclocking there is no need for a 1000w PSU.

The 3900x has game boost and can be easily overclocked.

I will go for the ryzen, but I dont think I gonna overclock it by myself. I dont want to make a mistake.
