Rx5700 xt won't boot into windows.

Can't seem to boot to the OS while the card is in my system. System works fine all around as i'm upgrading the card from a r290x so I know everything works. Going to the BIOS with the RX 5700 works fine but getting past BIOS is just a black screen(Computer still running, it does not turn off even after 5 mins). I've checked different cables and tried different ports to see any problems and nothing. I've upgraded to my latest BIOS as well as run a DDU to wipe any other drivers that may conflict. I don't think its the drivers anyway as i've tried to boot the windows installation disk through the card to wipe the OS but it wont even boot to the disk drive. I've been using onboard hdmi with the 5700 games run fine. But alot of other games don't work due to direct X errors probably because the boot gpu is the internal gpu.

System:

CPU: AMD FX-8350

MotherBoard: M5A88-V

PSU: 750W

RAM: 16GB

I've seen benchmarks with the card working paired with an 8350 and I know it sounds insane to even use that gpu to begin with paired with an 8350 but I'm financially crawling my way to a ryzen setup.

Did I read you've upgraded a 20-50% bottlenecked GPU to a 60-80% bottlenecked GPU?

 

Does your system support UEFI boot? it might be turned off but the 5700 supports only it and that's why you have issues.

But in order to make it into windows I have to use IGFX with the HDMI hooked up to the onboard port.

Negative, tried going into safe mode can't even get to it just a black screen when booting with gfx0. Tried installing drivers in safe mode starting with the internal graphics enabled through onboard HDMI. Only thing I can do is boot into windows with onboard graphics plug in my second monitor to the gpu and set the monitor to main so I can get 1920x1080. For some odd reason with all this windows keeps setting my date to the year 2164 on every boot when I do this. It doesn't help when I install drivers it force installs the onboard Radeon drivers.
