AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen Build

I'm building a new system for a buddy.  He's currently on an AMD FX8350 and Nvidia 1050ti.

 

This new rig is an AMD Ryzen R5 2600 with an Nvidia Geforce 1060.  It should have plenty of room to grow if he chooses higher-end components later on.

16GB Crucial Ballistix PC4 3200

Corsair RM850x PSU

EVGA Nvidia Geforce 1060

Orange 30cm Cable Extensions

Fractal Focus in Petrol Blue

absolutely pointless to get that gpu. stick with the 1060 or get a used 1080ti or wait for price drop for the rtx if you want raytracing oohh didnt see that it already had a 1060. oh well

Sorry to hear you don't like the GPU.  I traded 3 hours of work for it, so I'll leave it for now.  I do agree about the RTX.  I love the 2080ti I have in my main rig.
