EVGA GTX 1060 6GB SC Mini Waterblock

Today I am asking about a waterblock for my GPU. I have the EVGA GTX 1060 6GB Superclocked and it is a smaller model, as shown here:

Due to the single fan, it tends to get very loud and thermal throttle. I've looked everywhere on the internet, but every answer is the obligatory, unhelpful "why?". All I've found is this "universal block", but it only works with the 900/800/700 series of cards. Can anybody help me out here?

your best best would be to do a hybrid mod on the card if it bothers you that much.

what else do you expect? The right way to fix a mid range card with too small of a cooler for no reason like that is to use an aftermarket air cooler, say the Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo II (III has backplate). Otherwise you might as well get another card instead.

There's one small fan, it's very loud, and tends to throttle the GPU. This doesn't seem like a problem solved by better compound.

Careful; PCBs appear to be different, especially mounting points. Even if you got it to fit, you might not be getting good contact between block and card

Would I have to disassemble my Card to make sure it works?
